A black 28-year old man was stabbed to death by two individuals who allegedly came out of a vehicle at the corner of Jean-Milot and Lafleur streets and violently stabbed the victim.
The two assailants were also described as black and aged 21 and 28. They tried to escape but were caught by police at a distance from the actual scene of the attack.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The motive for this savage attack has not established but it appears to be an act of revenge. Both the victim and his attackers don’t have any police record.
It is the eighth homicide in Montreal in 2010.
