At about 5:00 am on Sunday, April 4, a fire broke out under the balcony of a duplex at 117 Orchard Street. When firemen arrived, the flames were raging with force under the balcony behind the duplex. The Montreal Police Department is investigating because of the suspicious nature of the fire.
